Item Details

  1. What condition will my item be in?

    We only sell new items obtained from the manufacturers. The majority will be in mint condition. If there are any defects they will be mentioned in the items description.

  2. Is the item listed in stock?

    Yes we only list items that we have in stock. We may run out of stock, if the item has been sold elsewhere!

  3. What are the various scales, and what do they mean?

    This is a rough guide but may help-

    1/76 or 1/87 Scale DieCast Model Cars - Approximately 2-3 Inches long

    1/43 Scale DieCast Model Cars - Approximately 4-5 Inches long

    1/32 Scale Diecast Model Cars - Approximately 5-6 inches long

    1/18 Scale DieCast Model Cars - Approximately 8-10 Inches long.

Postage & Packing

  1. How quickly will my item be dispatched?

    We operate a same day dispatch - That is if we have received cleared payment prior to 11am (Mon - Fri, UK time) Then your item will be dispatched that day. Cleared payments received after 11am will be dispatched the following weekday. Or in other words within 24hours. Remember this only applies Mon-Fri, their is no postal collection at the weekend or on Public Holidays!

  2. How well will my item be packed?

    We take great pride in our packing. Items are usually wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in sturdy cardboard boxes with newspaper to protect and act as a cushion for your item.  Smaller items are sent in padded posting bags. Oversized items are double wrapped in Heavy Duty Brown Paper.

  3. Do you have a cut off time for posting?

    Yes, the cut off time is 11.00am weekdays (Mon-Fri UK time) Any items paid for after this time will be dispatched the following weekday (This is because we only have the one Mail collection per day - none at Weekends or on Public Holidays).

  4. Why are items sent 'Signed For' delivery

    This is the Recommendation from Paypal.It helps to prevent Postal Fraud - in the past a small minority of customers, where claiming they had not received their item, when in fact they had! Your item can be tracked and traced as soon as it is dispatched, it is also proof of posting and tells us when you have received your item.

  1. Do you have a retail premises?

    No, we only operate on line. This keeps our costs down, so we can offer quality items at low prices. But we do have two ebay shops. Follow the links in the 'About Us' section. 

  2. My item has not arrived?

    We find the Royal Mail delivery service usually pretty good. Goods are normally received within a few days. But occasionaly the odd item takes longer. If an item is lost in the post. We have to wait 15 working days after dispatch, before we can put a claim in. Therefore we have to ask our customers to do the same. So please be patient!

  3. Do you have a phone umber I can contact you on?
